RDC : le Nord-Kivu déjà en alerte maximale pour faire face au Coronavirus
La province du Nord-Kivu est déjà en alerte maximale pour faire face au Coronavirus. C’est dans cette logique que le gouverneur Nzanzu Kasivita a convoqué une réunion urgente avec le ministère de la santé, la division provinciale de la santé et tous les autres partenaires du gouvernement dans le secteur de la santé ce lundi 16 mars 2020.
La motivation de cette réunion c’est la confirmation du Coronavirus au Congo Kinshasa, au Rwanda et dans d’autres pays voisins de la RDC. Se confiant à la presse du gouvernorat, le gouverneur Nzanzu Kasivita Carly appelle ses administrés à la vigilance totale. Pour le gouverneur, le fait que le Rwanda échange beaucoup avec Goma est un aspect suffisant pour que la question soit prise au sérieux.
« Les pays à côté de nous ont des échanges fluides avec nous. Le Rwanda a déjà déclaré 4 cas. Depuis hier, nous ne sommes pas à l’abri. La ville de Goma échange beaucoup avec le Rwanda. J’ai d’abord appelé mon administration, le ministère de la santé, aussi les services publics pour savoir comment nous allons nous y prendre, mais aussi associer tous les partenaires qui ont été là pour la gestion de la maladie à virus Ebola mais qui peuvent aussi être mobilisés dans la question de la riposte », a-t-il relaté.
Le chef de l’exécutif provincial décourage ceux qui se donnent à l’intox. Le gouverneur demande à la population à se rappeler les conséquences que la province du Nord-Kivu à payé avec la maladie à virus Ebola.
